So... to get straight to the point, I'm accidentally texlaxed. The front of my hair is completely straight, but the middle gets really short and curly when I wash it (clearly... not relaxed) so here's my question:

Should I relax that hair along with my new growth???

My hair has less breakage then it has ever had, but it seems like I should straighten that hair to be the same texture as the rest???

any answers will help, and as usual thanks in advance :)

Yes and no. Relax it but not at the same time as your new growth. I would apply the relaxer to it during the smoothing process only or at the time you apply it to your nape/edges.
