If i oil rinse my hair can I still blowdry and flat iron with out burning my hair? Also can I still mositurize and seal with oil and than flat iron? Or will the oil burn my hair? Please help:perplexed

I did a blowout and flatiron after an oil rinse. It didn't burn my hair, but I keep my flatiron and blowdryer on pretty low settings.

Thanks. But do you still moisturize and seal with oil before you blow dry?

I did a oil rinse yesterday and then blow dried and flat iron with no problem.

As for moisturizing I wouldn't. I add my leave in and let air dry to 80%. When blow drying I add spray protector and then when I flat iron I use serum on each section before flat iron.

After using heat I moisturize and add a couple of rollers.

Thanks. But do you still moisturize and seal with oil before you blow dry?

Yes, yes I do. :yep: I apply salerm 21 leave-in, heat protectant, and seal with a red palm pomade that I make (it moisturizes and seals).
