? about b-100 ultra b-complex

how many of of them is safe to take A Day? i only take one a day like the bottle say. but could i take more. reason i am asking cause i take biotin 2x a day 5000 mg two in the am and two in the pm. and i need to know if i am takeing enough b- complex thank you for your help

The 'B' vitamin is water soluable(sp?) so if you take more than what your body deems that you need then it will expell the excess thru your urine. HTH
