Hey ladies, it's me BreBre928...

I did my big chop way back in May and since then I've been learning a lot about my natural hair. There are days when I LOVE LOVE LOVE it and there are days when I just want to say f**k it and go back to relaxers...LOL.

Since I cut it the only thing i've been doing is co washing, cornrowing my hair, oiling my scalp and putting a wig on that's pretty much it. The back of my hair is growing fast but the front and the sides are moving slow it's all good though, healthy hair is what I really want...all in all I must say I am enjoying being natural, I haven't seen my natural hair since I was kid and Like the texture of it and everything.

Anywho enough talkin time for pics...LOL, check out some of my progress.

You look great & I can see lots of growth!!!

Stay strong, I went through the same thing at your stage and actually tried to texturize! I totally regret it and I've been transitioning since the day after I relaxed! Once your hair grows, I think you'll be alot more content with your hair. I know I will. I'm itchin' to BC right now!

Great progress! Keep taking monthly pictures because its a great way to monitor your progress.

I have the same problem, the front and sides don't grow as fast as the back. I think its because I manipulate the front too much. Or maybe that's just the way my hair grows.

Happy hair growing!
