A good place to order the hair products?

Hi all,

Is there a place that one can order from (on the net) where you can get everything from Carol's Daughter to Paul Mitchell to Giovanni?

I would order from Amazon but they have high shipping fees for *each* product - so - something that starts off at $18 can end up close to $30.

It would be nice to go on over to a type of one-stop-shop ..
