I'm celebrating with you /images/graemlins/party2.gif!!! well done on the growth /images/graemlins/clap.gif. A few questions how long did you keep them in for? what products were you using? and what hair regime were you following? ie, weekly wash/con, names of shampoos, and conditioners, frequency, are you taking any vits if yes which ones. Thanks i hope you don't mind answering all these questions.

Thanks ladies! As supportive as ever!!
No Den1, I don't mind answering at all:
I had the kinky's in for 5 weeks
I was using better braids 'unbraid' spray on the length of the twists, also, s-curl activator spray.
Occasionally, I'd use my own spray which consisted of, rose water, glycerin and conditioner.
I washed my hair twice, with diluted shampoo (wella green tea moisturising shampoo), followed by diluted conditioner (vo5 strawberries and cream)
At this point, I added more 'spray and surge'
I'm not taking any vits.
/images/graemlins/weird.gif I hope to get braids in next weekend, or maybe the weekend after that, just depends how my hair looks at that time.
After this, I'm definitely putting more kinky's in!

Thanks, for answering my questions Charuk, your routines and products sounds great /images/graemlins/grin.gif,i love that better braids spray and s-curl they're excellent aren't they? /images/graemlins/wink.gifand if the twists are helping you to acheive all this growth in so little time you'll surely reach your goals soon. i think you should continue to stick with it, this is exactly how i grew my hair natural/texturized with braiding and twisting, good luck!!! and thanks for sharing your progress with us /images/graemlins/clap.gif /images/graemlins/kiss.gif.

Hi! I'm getting braids done maybe next weekend (hopefully I can wait for the weekend after) for about 2 months, then i'll get the kinky's back in, hopefully I'll have more natural hair by then so that I don't get a repeat episode of what happened the last time .
i am happy for you,,,charuk,... that's a good amount of hair growth there..... /images/graemlins/clap.gif /images/graemlins/clap.gif /images/graemlins/clap.gif
Congratulations on the new growth. How long did it take to get all of that? I hope you're feeling more postive in regards to what you are going to do with your hair and your hair journey as a whole. By the looks of your album it seems like you got it down pat.
