Relaxed, 4B
A year ago I discovered http://www.relaxedhairhealth.blogspot.com/ and passively followed. Then something I read indicated that the writer thought that anyone could grow their hair long...hours of reading later I decided to start my hair journey. I self relaxed (like usual), got a good trim, bought a sedu and 'some' hair products - let's just say I have a healthy stash! I lurked on here for about 1 minute then signed up.
I'm 4B, relaxed with fine strands. 1 had one trim along my journey, low man styles most of the time. I now use Mizani BB which I really like. I use Elucence or Giovanni shampoo (can't really co wash now due to time constraints), moisturize with Beauty without cruelty leave in conditioner, seal with Gleau oil blend. Just bought Nioxin Bliss which I really like. I pre poo and DC with every wash (weekly at a minimum) with WGO, Avocado and olive oil, Giovanni 50:50 condish, Giovanni Deeper moisture, Aloe Vera gel or juice. Sorry if the pics are not the greatest as I'm using a camera phone.

My hair grows at an average rate...with my trim it's taken a little longer to reach my goal but with the obvious progress I'm able to be patient:grin: Hope you guys enjoy:grin:

beautiful progress sweetie! Do you mind me asking what strength relaxer you use and if you telax or relax bone straight?

Your progress results are looking great! You've got the right attitude and the willingness to take care of your hair. Congrats on your current success! :grin:
 
Thank you all so very much! I'm pretty excited:)

morehairplease I use regular strength. I'd say I'm bone straight...I don't comb the relaxer through my roots but I work it pretty good with my fingers.
 
I love your hair. Its nice, healthy, and thick! Congratz on your progress. Keep up the great work. When do you think you will reach your goal? December?
