This morning I woke up with the urge to flat iron my hair. I went a Dominican Salon that I used to go to when I was relaxed. It took the stylist about an hour to blow dry and flat iron my hair. My hair feels sooo soft and is soooo light. I must say I am very pleased with my progress.

I wish I had more "swang" but my hair is the healthiest it's ever been. Thank you ladies for all your advice!

I love the color it adds a lot of vibrancy to your hair and it looks lovely. You look like Keisha Knight(grown up Rudy).

Your hair looks really good! It's growing very nice and thick. :yep: Keep up the good work.

Wow!!! Way to go... I forgot about shrinkage. I'll have to remember that when I need to remember how long my hair is growing.

Your hair looks soo good! It looks healthy as well! I'm also loving the color! Congrats on your progress!

Hey Fly girl, now that's some Hollywood Look. I Love It. as far as the twa, your face will project glamour w/ short or long tressess. Thank goodness, my twa is so dry and I have color too I was about to do something, but patience is key. After seeing your hair progress it's worth holding on to the natural agenda. How do you keep in moist since it's colored? I just purchased some Joica-K Pack Chelanting shampoo and intense cond.

Thank you sooo much ladies! As far as moisture. I co-wash everyday so I figure that gives me all the moisture I need. Not a big fan of DC'ing, but I do it as needed. This color is lightest blonde by textures and tones. SO far this dye is a go. I've dyed my hair with this color three times since I BC'ed. No negatives about it, still keeping my fingers crossed though. I plan on keeping my hair straightened for at least a week or two. When it starts getting frizzy I will rock bantu knots. Since I can't cowash everyday while my hair is straightened, I plan on moisturizing with elasta qp mango butter and sealing with coconut oil. I don't think I want to wrap my hair because I remember getting breakage from wrapping when I was relaxed. I figure I just put on my satin shower cap and whatever happens, happens. once again: thank you ladies!
