The best thing i have ever done for my hair is stretch my relaxers for 6 month periods. When i first started last year,i use to stretch with braids, but although it made my hair grow....it thinned my ends. Now i wig it up about 2-3 months after my relaxer with small cornrows. My hair was just blow dryed after my relaxer, didn`t want the flat iron heat. I also need a trim, but will do in December

Your hair looks in great condition, well done.

Your relaxed hair looks so healthy! Good job!:yep:

looks healthy and thick...nice growing

Nice growth mama. I was about the same length on your start up pic 6 months ago too. I haven't had a relaxer but you got me excited.

well done! you've retained a lot of length & your ends still look good.

your growth is wonderful and it doesn't look like you need a trim from the pics I seen.

Thank you guys for all your comments. Can`t wait to get to APL. I think that when i cut my hair last year to a chin length blunt cut, i really helped with the thickness.

Your hair looks so pretty and thick Congrats.

Step away from the scissors:nono: Unless you see splits, leave them be.

You've grown nice and even!!!!

pfff, girl you didn't even need the flat iron! Your hair got really nice and straight without it, I wish my hair could do the same thing! Great progress, you should be a nice blunt, thick APL in no time.

Very nice progress! I'm glad stretching worked for you.
