I'm going to use the picture in my siggy as a started point. My siggy was taken on June 8th after a fresh relaxer.

ETA: I changed my siggy picture, so I'll post a pic of my starting point in this post. It is still a picture of my June 8th touch up.

you should flat iron: also because 2morrow is Monday: u should get it out the way now: my rollers are in my hair now so hopefully I can do a silk-wrap and my hair comes out straight: if not i'll put it up in a cross-wrap and hope my hair will come out pin point straight like my siggy

I kind of don't want to even make any guesses as to where I am currently, as long as I end up below brastrap by the end of six months I will be happy

YAY you just made my day....LOL...but im not claiming BSL just yet unitl its FULLY BSL...I at least want the hair to cover my brastrap...right now, I have to strech the hair, even when dried, to get it to touch the top of the brastrap..

im soooo anxious though..

How do you ladies plan to retain length during the challenge? I plan to "weave-it-up", but I might start bunning(my real hair) in the fall...

I will first get my hair cornrowed and proably wear a wig over that, then when i'm tired of that i will wear a bun, but most definitely i will be getting it cornrowed this weekend.

this is exactly what i do now

Yes, this is very effective for me in retaining length, this what i did while i was pregnant and when't from above shoulder/ear length last july to pic below.

ur in and welcome: and to the above question: i plan to baggy and keep my ends rolled at night so they don't become damaged
