virtuousjewel is my fav album right now http://members.fotki.com/virtuousjewel/about/. Although if you do a search on natural tags and long hair pictures you will find tons of pictures. I think I will find one of the threads and bump it for you.
I need inspiration too just to get pass wanting to cut my hair off.

bump... I could always see more of this. I want to see long haired naturals- not with their hair straightened
