I found the PERFECT cure. Here's some background to my hair so you know how dry I'm talking about. Back in the day my "friends" would call me brillo pad...nice huh??? /images/graemlins/mad.gif I would give it 4-4.5 back then in terms of softness(maybe even less). This was before I went natural. After having been natural for almost 5 years and then texturizing 10 weeks ago my hair is softer than it's ever been BUT it's still not SOFT (some of you know what I'm talking about). Well, thanks to proper care and healthy hair AND humecto my hair got even softer to touch....give it 7(and that's without adding any products to my hair...just conditioning with humecto). WELLLLLLL, last night I decided to spray in some unbraid spray (my roots are over 1" in length) and then I thought why not apply some castor oil (look at Sherry's hair /images/graemlins/wink.gif).....weeeeeelll...I give my hair now 9-9.5 in terms of softness. I cannot stop touching my hair. I LOVEEEEEEE this combo and will stick to this for good. Finally something that works for me. I give it /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif /images/graemlins/up.gif
*Note....the unbraid spray cannot be used if you're wearing your hair down. You may be able to use a very little at the roots but not the strands....
Edited to add: I also don't use HEAT ANYMORE.....
