lol this reminds of me of when people who are desperate for money want to make money fast. The person is probably in need of 400 dollars, and instead of just pricing it at 40 dollars (probably the most it's worth) and having 100 people buy it and get the money, he's jacked up the price to 400 and only needs ONE FOOL to buy it. I'm sure SOMEONE has bought that oil.
