Right now, only twice a week with the occassional poo if I use anything with 'cones. My current co-wash conditioners are White Rain Energizing Citrus and White Rain Extra Body (old fomula if I want extra cleannsing power). I condition and detangle with the first mixed with honey. My hair really does not care what I use as long as I use the conditioner/honey mix afterwards.
 
I've been con washing daily for the last 2 weeks. I use lustrasilk cholesterols, suave milk and honey, and herbal essences fruit fusions conditioners.
 
I CW once a week the first couple of weeks after a relaxer. Then, twice a week the next couple of weeks. I progress to almost daily depending on the amount of new growth and the texture of it.

My hair is not real particular about what I use. Right now, I'm using up the last remnants of my Joico K-Pak Daily conditioner...before that, I was using up some tea tree cholesterol that I mixed with EVOO and honey.
 
I use queene helene cholestrol weekly then every two days when my ng comes in thick....I also use that paltas conditioner it works wonders.....I just started doing co washes last week but I'm going to start using leklair shea butter as soon as it arrives....
 
Yea, I'm not the only newbie to co-washing. I just started like, TODAY. I used V05 Moisture Milk and Silky Experiences, as well as White Rain Intensive Moisture. I also have the Suave generic of humetress. I haven't used it yet though.

As I said, I did it for the first time today. So, I'm curious to know how often others do it. I have a lot of breakage right now. I used Emergencee yesterday, so I think that maybe I should do co-washes pretty often for a while.
 
Ive gone back and forth with daily co-washing and have came to the conclusion that its not for me. So now I've decided to cowash once every 1-2 weeks, shampoo once a month, and just moisturize twice daily.

ETA: I forgot to say what conditioner I use! Well, I alternate among different ones:
*Garnier Fructis Length N Strength (the best, great slip)
*Sunsilk Straighten Up (second best)
*Jason Naturals Biotin (pretty good)
*Pantene Hydrating Curls (pretty good)

3 or 4 times a week with VO5 Extra body or tea therapy. Both work great and have really helped me stretch to 18 weeks so far (aiming for 20)
