$3 Hair Vitamin

Has anyone used the High Potency vitamin specially formulated for the Hair? They are found in Wal-Mart for about $3 for 30? It contains only one supplement that has been discussed or recommended. That is Biotin. Does anyone think that this is a good one or does it really matter?

What else is in it, and how much??? That's the only way to know for sure how well something will work.

I think 5mcg of Biotin.

5mCg of biotin??? Girl, if that's right, that ain't NOTHING - most of that 3 dollars is for the plastic they used in the bottle.
Now, if it's 5mg of biotin (5000mcg) that's respectable, and quite worth the cost.
