I THINK it's normal. I always take Nioxin pills. But this is the first time I actually began tracking it. I also just had surgery so I am on prescription prenatal vitamins for my recovery. Other than that, I do what I usually do, shampoo, blowdry and flat iron every 2-3 days...I make sure I use moisture rich products

Thanks! I can't wait for my next 2 week mark. I'm gonna take photos then too. If I have 3/4 then too that means I grow about 2 inches a month...That would be fabulous!Guyaneek said:Looking good
