2s: Are You Wavy at the Roots and When Wet?

I was just wondering

My hair is wavy at the roots and when my hair is wet, it's still wavy.

I remember a thread from the past at NaturallyCurly.com and was amazed at how many wavies indicated that their hair was straight at the roots and the hair was straight when wet.

Please let me know.
