I am so excited that it has been 2 years:yahoo:I struggled to get this far but I am so glad because I can see the natural beautiful hair I was hiding. I actually cut the last of the rekaxed ends off last Saturday:yep: now it is curly and I am excited sorry for not posting pics but I will later. Thanks to everyone here on LHCF I am now natural:woohoo:Thanks ladies for all of your help

I was so excited I forgot to take pics I actually did not do a BC I just grew it out little by little and then cut the little perm left off that were on my ends. I am going to take pics to show what it looks like in its natural state once I wash it again

WHERE IN THE BLOODY HELL ARE THE PHOTOOOOOOSSSSS!!!!????

But seriously congrats!!:clapping:

:congrats: on your final mini-chop; I was a long term transitioner too! Pics are so necessary, OP, lol!!!

That is a worthy goal to follow, but I know I won't make it.:lachen: subbing and waiting patiently for those pics!:yep:

Congrats! What was your transitioning regimen? Did you do protective styles, etc.? I'll be checking back for pics!

I do not know why I cannot post pictures I am being told in order to post pics I have to be a subscriber and I am... I would just wear the drawstring ponytails and the occassional one braid down the back. I would use caruso steam rollers and the sponge rollers wrapped in silk. The Caruso rollers are so wonderful. I also have the purple and blue flexi rods and I would go on you tube to figure out how to do different styles with the rollers...If anyone else is having a problem posting pics please help me!

Ladies I was finally able to get a few pictures for you...Trying to post pics is like a ancient secret nowadays. I wash my hair in 4 ponytails so it does not tangle the braid wa from last year and the other style was last week a flat iron. I am going to try to post my pics of before but the flat ironed style here is when I cut the rest of the perm off.

You had some great growth. You hair is very pretty. Congratulations on completing such a long transition. Do you plan to be a straight haired natural?

I pretty much wear my hair however I feel I am looking for new protective styles where I am not using heat so if anyone has ideas shoot them my way...I have worn the drawstring ponytails and tried waeves too...I am still new at this and I do not really have a regimen I just wash it once a week with Herbal Essence Hello Hydration and 405 with body. I sit under the heat bonnett for about 30-45 and once a month I deep condition with Alter Ego or as needed. Oh I clarify with ORS clarifier
