Hey, ladies!

1) For those of you that do micro braids, what is the best brand of hair to buy (i.e., hair that looks nice and holds up for a few months with washing), and about how much did you pay for it?

2) What kind of rollers are best for putting at the end of a two strand twist if you're going to wear it out the next day?

TIA!

I have micros in now, but I forgot the name of the brand I use but I have a pack at home, I'll get you the name when I get off work, but I know it's HUMAN hair and it's in a hot pink package. It's held up really well and I have washed and conditioned it several times and it's still shiny and doesn't have many knots at all. I got curly hair because I am natural and when it starts to frizz it blends in with the curls. I think I paid like $25 for each pack and I bought 2 packs and still have some left over.

I'll get you the brand when I get home but it's held up really well and I've had them in for a little over 2 months now. HTH!

Oh, if you want to see what the actual hair I used looks like you can look at my youtube channel (in the siggy) and I have recent videos up with my micros in. HTH :)

Thanks, Camille! My natural hair is about 5-5 1/2" inches long, and I never considered getting curly hair to keep the frizz down..good idea!

I will await the brand! :)
