Hey, I didn't want to make two seperate threads so I decided to just ask my two questions in one.

1) Does anyone have any suggestions on what shampoo/conditioner is best for colour treated hair? Especially red? There are so many options, I dont know what to choose!

2) How could I re-create this style (minus the colour)?
sorry that the pic is so big :ohwell:
I was thinking maybe rollerset? with a little bit of blowdrying?

I don't think there's any 'best' brand, but lines that are geared towards color treated/preserving hair are the ones that will help you retain hair color. HOWEVER, red will fade no matter what, its just that kinda pain in the a** color. Your best bet would be to use a gentle color preserve shampoo and a red glaze every 2-4 wks to keep it vibrant or a color depositing shampoo. Also, look for shampoos that don't have sls in it; gentler so it won't strip the hair.

As for the style, a rollerset seems like an accurate solution.

Abba Color Protect Line is my 'go to' line for color. I had red hair and it helped keep my hair healthy and the color vibrant.
