Are there any athletic ladies out there that have successfully colored their hair while avoiding the embarassing color bleed syndrome?

I was thinking about trying bangs and my ? is how does one keep them bumped and flat to the head without heat everyday?

TIA

I normally don't have color bleeding. I'm not sure if it's b/c I shampoo directly after rinsing out the color or if it's the brand (Jazzing) I use. When I did have bangs, many moons ago, I wrapped my hair at night to keep them straight & flat. Maybe you could try swooping just the bang portion to the side, then tie it down, to get the effect you want. HTH

I have bangs. I just do as the above poster said. I swoop them over as if I was wrapping my whole head and tie my hair down. They stay straight this way. I found that by using my Denman brush I can get a little bump into them at times that they are too super straight.

thanks ladies

anymore suggestions about hair color that doesnt bleed much for active women that sweat
