Ladies,

Yesterday (or the day before) I was at walmart and I decided to pick up the complete HE long term relationship line. While I was there I noticed that they had a new HE hello hydration 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner and I got to thinking. Maybe using a 2 in 1 instead of a straight shampoo would be a good idea then following up with a regular conditioner. KWIM?

I think it would kindof be like a mini cowash since it still has the regular cleaning agents just in a smaller dose.

Anybody think this would be a good idea? You know to sort of limit some of the drying effects of regular shampoo.

OMG! That`s a great idea! I have been thinking about starting a tread like this. At many hotels here, the bathrooms only have shampoo/conditioner combos. They make my hair feel clean, but not stripped. After using the conditioner I bring with me, my hair feels great.

I was thinking about replacing my regular shampoos with a 2 in 1 (except when chelating or clarifying) .

this sounds good to me, but i'm not a hair expert. it seems so much easier to just use the 2-in 1 shampoo/conditioner rather than trying to find the perfect conditioning shampoo.

Seems like a smart ideal to me. I used to use 2 in 1 alot when I was younger, when I didn't have time to follow up with a conditioner. But my hair always felt like it had a film on it. Thats why I stopped. Im pretty sure it was the cones. But if you find one without putting a film on your hair, I say go for it.
