Hubby took these for me of my set :) I did this set last week; setting my hair the previous day on a million large and half-a million medium sized rollers

What do you think ladies?

Did you comb the curls out? The 1st and the 2nd pic look much curlier than the 3rd.

Hey Nikki, thanks for the compliment. I didn't comb the curls out in the back, I did the back on much larger rollers, and also my hair is in layers. It is so much longer in the back. So that is why it looks like I combed the curls out.

I used smaller rollers up in the top, so it held the curl better on the front and the sides.

Wow OP, I'm really loving your lenght, but is your hair super duper fine, or does it look thin because of layering? It looks healthy but very delicate. Please don't be offended, my hair is super fine too and I'm just trying to make apl. :ohwell:

Luvinlocks.....yeah, I would say that my hair was fairly fine. But my hair has thickened up a lot from where it used to be a year and half ago when i started here. however, I would say the bottom third of my hair is the longest layer, whereas my crown is playing catch up.

The bottom third of my hair hardly needs to be relaxed at all. I always wait until the last 5 minutes or so to put something back there. The top 2/3's are a lot coarser and thicker. It's almost like 2 different types of hair, and it needs two different types of care!

But if you check my progress pics you will see that even the delicate "back" or "nape" of my hair is a lot thicker than it used to be.
