I'm PISSED off right now. I washed my hair for the first time since getting my "texlax" 2 weeks ago. I let it airdry and look in the mirror and I'm shocked. My hair is practically bone straight for like 1/2 my head. then from the chin or so down, it's curly. I look like a retard and I don't know how to fix this.....
Now the new growth is going to be even more noticeable and the line of demarcation will be even more fragile....
Even if i texlax lightly the newgrowth from now on, i'll have curly ends a straight middle and curly roots....

WHAT DO I DO?! I'm so upset... the summer is approaching and I NEVER straighten my hair in the summers....

I's just go straight because its going to be a nitemare. unless you try and do a couple of braid outs maybe?

straight in the summer is going to be HELL. My middle name is Frizz.

Loreal i go to the same person but this time someone else in the salon did it. :(

Oh, well that explains it. I know you like the convience of the wash and go style (low maniuplation), but I am assuming you would either have to learn how to deal with the two textures until they grow out, cut it off, or relax strait. I am assuming once the curl pattern is straighten (with a chemical) there is no reverting it.

Sorry I could be of a more help to you.

Can you do other textured styles during the summer to get you through?

Also, remember to ONLY go to the person who does what you want...it's hard enough for texlaxing to come out right as it is so it's important to use someone you're comfortable with.
