    2016 Updates: Relaxed/texlaxed List Your "moisturize & Seal" Products

    Do Oils And Butters Really Seal The Hair? Loc Lco

    I went to curlyfest and had a chat with some hair professionals. They told me oil doesn't seal the hair it just lubricates it. What do you guys think??
