I don’t think that I’ve seen a thread like this in awhile. It’d be nice to see what we’re all doing now.
So, what’s your current hair routine?
For me, in a 4 week cycle:
Week 1: Pre-poo with steam, Wash, moisturizing deep conditioner (Add herbs like Amla, Brahmi, etc), LOC, install double-strand twist.
Week 2: Wash, condition, LOC while in DST.
Week 3: Pre-poo with steam, Wash, protein (or bond) treatment, moisturizing conditioner, LOC, install new double-strand twist.
Week 4: Same as week 2.
I oil my scalp 2-3 times per week with Ayurvedic hair oils.
Daily rosemary water to my scalp + scalp massage.
Moisturize and seal hair as needed (at least every other day).
Replace protein with henna, as needed.
Of course, I do other things like red light therapy, Vegamour drops and supplements (MSM, pumpkin seed oil, multivitamin). However, the above is the cornerstone of my hair care regimen.
