it looks neat to me! looks great; mine don't look half as good lol; i'm glad i'm practicing on a mannequin head because that hair is so freakin tangled lol.​

It looks nice.

I'm always amazed when I meet women that can't french braid. My mom taught me when I was 5, and I've been french braiding ever since. Apparently most girls learn how to braid, but not french braid/cornrow.

congrats...i just learned recently (actually just finished my new set) so I can wear them under my wig, but I cant do one like that. I have to do two. I'm probably holding the hair wrong
 
I just watched the tutorial and my braid came out beautiful and perfect (w/o that weird bump at the top) for the first time ever!! I tucked it in at the base and put a cute little mini claw to hold it. Yea!!! I have a new PS. Thanks Supergirl!!
 
I'm so happy for you, I know how exciting it is once you finally get the technique down,lol. I didn't learn how to cornroll until I joined this forum. You did a really good job.
 
Could you explain the difference between doing a French braid and doing big cornrow going back? I always wondered.

Good job. However, that's a cornrow not a french braid. A french braid is an inverted braid.
