I am loving my hair!! I never knew how fast it actually grows .. this is only like 4 months apart... but then with all the abuse and the trimmings aka cuts from stylist how would I have ever known I was able to grow some hair! I love LHCF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow that is really good. What's your regimen?

Thank you! My regi is very simple. I just wash my hair once a week coconut shampoo I bought at an indian store , deep condition with neutrogena triple moisture for about 15 minutes. Then I rinse that out and detangle with VO05 conditioner , I then apply my neutrogena triple moisture leave in and seal my ends with coconut oil, bun my hair and let it air dry. Using less heat has helped alot, also moisturizing my ends has helped me retain lenght ..believe it or not I havent trimmed since January 09 and my ends are still in really good condition. I keep my hair in a bun 99.9% of the time.
