ok, but seriously... have you tried checking out youtube? There are a lot of ladies who have had successful natural hair journeys on there.

Oh yeah, I spend a little too much time on there:look: I was just feeling so sad that many of the ladies that inspired me to go natural are giving in to the call of the creamy crack:cry:

I haven't relaxed yet especially since I blew my hair out and it feels/looks so much better. I might keep blowing it out weekly until the summer and make up my mind from there if I want to relax.

There are actually a lot of naturals still here.

ZZirivng
Flowerhair
Ticktock (I might've messed her name up, lol.)
Lauren450
Micarae
Jenteel
NuMe
QTPie
Pokahantas
Wildchild
Pinkskates
Mwedzi
Marie
Poetist
Cichelle
Ms Lala
Lynnie B

...and a bunch more, but I'm blanking out.

Just remember fondly of how their hair used to be. The fact that they relaxed doesn't change the fact that their natural hair was still beautiful and an inspiration. You can still have your inspirations, just remember them when they were naturals :yep:. And look on the bright side. There are plenty of relaxed heads that I admired that are now transitioning to go natural.

Thanx ya'll! You've given me some new people to stalk:look: I mean admire:look: Whip's post put me over the edge ya'll:lachen:

Its ok Kbragg! I was feeling the same way for a hot second. But I had to remember that folks have got to do whats best for their hair. Like you have to do whats best for your hair whether it be natural or relaxed.

A few years back I quit my transition because an inspiration of mine at my job relaxed. And that was not wise. Just remember why you went natural in the first place and keep looking at all the other naturals who are enjoying their hair.

Girl let me give you a (((((((BIG HUG))))))):bighug:
I'm sorry, but I AIN'T going back to the crack!
I done had 39 years of that stuff. I am going
to embrace my natural hair:yep:

Natural head here.

Trust and believe that not everyone is relaxing. For me, I wouldn't care if every natural on the board decided to go back to relaxing leaving me the last natural standing. I'm staying natural!

True that, TaraDyan - I'm not relaxing.

And not everyone who has relaxed plans on staying relaxed - I know one is re-transitioning already. *shrug*

You can stalk me, trust, I will never in this lifetime relax my hair again. Going on 6 years without chemicals my dear.

I don't give a rat's arse what ya'll do to your hair. If it looks good and is healthy, rock on :rocker: I can grow my own hair.

(There are still PLENTY of naturals and transitioners around too. :))

:yep: I'm staying natural. I cant bear to go back to the disgusting dandruff. My scalp and relaxers did not mix.
