I wanted to start the year relaxer free. I've been going back and forth should I or shouldn't I. Last night on a whim I just did it. Feels great, although I might have to withdraw from the APL challenge for 2009.

ETA: How long did you transition for?

Thanks! I transitioned for 13 months. The sig pic was my starting point after a major hair cut. I still had about 4 inches of relaxed hair on the top and sides.
