5000 mcg of Biotin.
Surge 14 something or other....gotta look at the bottles.

I figured since the Biotin works well internally, I wonder how it would work topically. Sooooo, I opened 5 of the Biotin Capsules and added it to my Biotin creme. Later that night, my scalp started to itch. I sprayed my scalp with my Surge 14 Revitalizer. Speaking of which, I found some in a small beauty supply in Alexandria. They only had 4 bottles left, so I purchased them. While the clerk was baggying my items, this woman walked in and had a fit when she saw that I purchased all four. Didn't understand it....so, I came home, did some research on LHCF and it is my understanding the company no longer makes it. I was impressed with the ingredients as it too contains Biotin, so I figure I'd purchase all four. Not bad for 5 bucks a bottle. I like the way my hair feels after I spray it. Very moisturized. I seal with EVOO.

This week, I purchased some more Goody's Ouchless hairbands, a Goody Ouchless shower/detangling comb, and some Silk Elements Foaming/Wrapping Lotion.
