I know, right! Her hair was amazing! I kept scrutinizing it, thinking if maybe she has some tracks in there... or if she's relaxed... I even wondered if she was a member on here!
(If you are, sweetie, Iyour hair, and I will vote for Barack, I'm officially an Obamican!!!)
The girls looked so sweet, and Michelle is such a wonderful lady. What a class act.
I wonder if all this heat styling during campaign season will give her hair damage...Maybe she should consider a sew-in or a wig to let her hair rest...
How pretty!!!!!!!
The little girls hair are cute too. How beautiful!!!
To piggy back off Vevster. This is the shea butter conditioner:

Do you mean to tell me that Michelle is natural? (or heat-processed natural) I didn't know that!
Reading the article, it said she was no-lye. I thought that meant she used a no-lye relaxer, not that she doesn't use any other chemicals. The rest of the article is then written as if she is a natural who straightens. And the actual stylist did not seem to confirm that by no-lye, he meant no relaxer whatsoever.
I don't know y'all, but I have a hard time believing that Michelle has a press, b/c seriously I have never seen a pic of her hair looking puffy or reverting ever. If that is a press though, I'm super impressed that no matter where I see her on TV, it's maintained very, very well regardless of the weather.
Yeah, the article is confusing. But I saw a pic of her recently with the girls. Her hair was in a bun and either she'd been stretching for a while or her press was reverting.Reading the article, it said she was no-lye. The old fashioned "hard press" CAN hold w/o much reversion w/ the modern anti-humetcant products out there. Like Oprah, Mz Obama has access to the best out there, so her stuff will look great no matter what.
Whatever the case is here, she has someone around to keep her hair looking tight and right, so I doubt she's doing it all by herself.
