I'm going to tell you the truth, I still don't have them down (hence my siggy ) I believe it's if your coils are smaller than a pencil or something like that for a 4A and 4B is supposed to be zigzag pattern to your texture.

I'm a 4a/b!

Shampoos/Clarifiers: Baking soda and warm water, Kenra to clarify

Conditioners: Too many to mention. My name is Simplycee and I am a product junkie! Lately I have been using Alba Coconut, Honey Ultra Moisturizing from the Body Shop or Organix Coconut all with pretty good success. I usee these for co wash and or for the wash I don't deep con.

Deep Conditioners/Masks: ORS Mayo or PM Super Charged Moisture depending on what my hair needs. I use these weekly.

Protein/Reconstructors: Aphogee 2 Min Reconstructor (right after a relaxer) or Aphogee mixed with Elasta QP breakage contol serum if I see breakage.

Leave-Ins/Moisturizers: The best for my hair is Alba Moisturizing, Elucence and there is a really good one made by The Body Shop but I can't remember the name. Will come back tonight and add it.

Oils: Extra Virgin Unrefined coconut, jojobs, castor and evoo

Serums: I use these sparingly but NTM and Chi work best for me.

Other: Adore or Sebastians are the only rinses that work well on my hair. I use these every 4 to six weeks. I wash twice a week, deep con followed by an ACV rinse weekly and rollerset and wrap to style weekly. If I am going to flat iron I will airdry first the day before. Steam rollers work well when I am pressed for time.

That's all folks! :yep:
