WOW! I was truly about to throw in the towel! These pics are amazing. I don't know if I will ever get there. But I am praying. I've been doing 4 to 5 month stretches with a weave. But my crown and edges are suffering, so I think I'm going to have to switch it up before the summer is up.

The best thing for me was not putting too much stress on my hair, i.e., braids and weaves. My edges would always suffer.

Do you use growth aides? I did. Doing so has helped my edges and everything else.

Over the last 6 months I have maintain BSL, getting rid of my layers

first picture - with layers, second picture - after first major cut, third picture is last week - you can see it's more of an even cut. I might have one more major cut and continue to grow it out.
