I take chlorella and spirulina. I love these supplements and will always take them for general health. Where's this place that I can get this awesome deal?

After reading through all the info. I need to order some chlorella quick. I was going to get it when the other thread was posted but never did because something else came up. Question: How much chlorella is everyone taking? It says that you can take up 20 g for detoxification purposes.
 
Hey guys, I love Iherb's prices. I usually try to wait until all my vitamins are low. Shipping is free for orders over $60. It is the only place where I've found Biotin powder. If anyone is interested the name is LifeExtension $10 for an almost 2 month supply. An 1/8 of a teaspoon gives you just under 6mg.

I have also been taking chlorella for a few weeks and have noticed increase energy. I got like an inch of new growth in one week but I don't know if it is the diet of the hair supplements. Nails are rock hard and I keep them unpolish and do nothing to do them. I guess I will have to know get the spirulina.
 
Thanks Bo for the thread. I took a tip from Jade21 and bought the earthrise brand from vitamin shoppe. They are supposed to be the best out there.
 
I take spirulina and chlorella. I take earthrise organic powder spirulina and kyoto chlorella. I have up my spirulina to 1& 1/2 teaspoon. I take an average of 20-30 chlorella supplements per day. I'm taking them for theraputic purpose, I've been taking them for about 70 days. I combine my spirulina with carrot juice that I juice every morning.

Hey Puddles, I don't know where you are in Cali but Vitamin Shop has quite a few locations. Maybe you can find one close to you and avoid the shipping and handling charges. I love shopping w/them but they are a lil' slow sometimes on the sending of packages. I was suprised to learn that there are 3 within 45 minutes of my home!

I don't know what's going on with me, but ever since my hubby left my nails have been breaking like crazy. I mean they're down to the nubs now. Just cracking and splitting. Do y'all think stress can cause this?

But I love taking Chlorella and Spirulina. I noticed increased energy when I first started taking it and help in getting rid of waste too. My nails were strong from taking the biotin and MSM, but I don't what's going on with them now. But chlorella and Spirulina are the bomb. I'll be taking them forever. I've even got my son and hubby taking them.

Directions: Take ten 300 mg tablets (3 g) once a day.

Do any of you take that many a day? TIA

If you are having any health issues, it is recommended that you take a minimum of 3g per day. As far as I am concerned this is a must have prior to and after surgery.
