coconut oil - "spectrum" brand. i buy mine from a health food store, because i haven't seen the unrefined version sold anywhere else.

castor oil - "humco" brand, found in the fiber / laxative section at walmart. doesn't smell great so i added about 10 drops of spearmint essential oil.

I use Beachcomber Budd's Pure Coconut Oil. I get it in Walmart in the sun/tan/block isle in HI. It's the cheapest so that's why I buy it. I'm in MD for now but I haven't seen it here.
