DivaStyle and Qetesh wears their hair straight most of the time too but I do not think they have a hair album (and I think they also have a mixture of type 3 strands too)...you may want to do a search on their posts about heat or straightening natural hair...
Here is a list of 4a/b natural ladies who wear their hair straight most of the time who do have albums:
unlvgirl
WhipEffectz1
pet
ladies who are not 4a/b that straighten most of the time:
NuMe2004
Kha
Chocokitty
So you may have to do your own research if these members do not see your thread.![]()

Really big Sis...I was gonna do this in Feb 2008...when i end the hard C & G challenge?I wouldn' t suggest it if you don't want to slow down your hair growth.

i wasnt gonna use heat...i was gonna rollerset...so u think it'll slow my progress?
OK I though you would begin it now! No pb with rollerset i personnaly plan to do it my self(more heat...like once a month) when I will reach my ultimate goal![]()
bumping.................................................................................................................
There's not much of difference between straight and rollerset styles to me because you're manipulating it either way but I only do presses like every two weeks or more. I can blow out my hair and wear rollersets on dry hair for 3-5 days. With a straight style when done by myself I can go up to a week on that style by doing cross wraps and wearing up to six rollers in different sections of my head overnight to give it a lil bump. When done by a stylist, I can go up to 2 weeks(that's if I don't wash).
Thanx for ur response Whip...ive been waiting on u to come in here...lol
What do u think about airdrying in twists and using flexirods to stretch ...no heat...then wrapping...(if i can get my stubborn 4B to wrap...and what is this cross-wrap u speak off?)
I actually prefer airdrying. As far as using twists and flexirods, I think that would
be okay even great as a non manipulation style...actually I've been wanting to get back to the flexirods as I just use my Hotsticks without the heat. I might do it this weekend (or earlier) and take pics for you to see. I'm not using heat right now and don't intend on until in a couple months.
Cross-wraps can be achieved by combing your hair to the back, making a part down the middle into two sides, and pinning each side on top of your head so that they cross one another. hth!
I wear my hair straight 90% of the time. Here's my fotki...http://public.fotki.com/missfadu/ PW in profile.
I really need to find a way to do it the healthy way though which is why I joined here.
