Hmmm:scratchch, it seems like BB Oil Moisturizer is winning first place as a moisturizer above my beloved Alba Botanica Leave In treatment that doubles as a moisturizer.

~Sigh~

I mean that BB oil moisturizer just makes me want to keep touching my texlaxed hair all day and all night:lick: and it gets worse after a day or night of baggying my hair with it:look:.

It's hard to choose just one since each product is part of a system that has really kept my hair healthy. Without choosing just one, I'd say the top contenders are: Oyin Handmade Hair Dew, Coconut oil, and EVOO.

If Wash and Go= Suave Tropical Coconut conditioner+Eco Styler or Queen Helene Royal Curl Curl Shaping Crème
If Straight= Chi Silk Infusion, jojoba/coconut or organic castor oil for ends

I can't be without KeraCare's leave in - the original, not the natural textures line. I paid $14.99 for 4 ounces at the BSS today, but my hair feels great. I'm really nervous that they may stop making it because it's getting hard to find it.

I haven't found a gel better than Hairveda Whipped Gelly.

I also keep a jar of Elasta QP mango butter, little black dress hair ties from Wal-Mart, and my boar-bristle brush.

Aubrey Organics GPB Conditioner
Oyin Handmade Juices & Berries
Coconut Oil
Castor Oil

(And my steamer!)

I have a suitable subs for my other products. :)

Qhemet amla oil pomade and the heavy cream.....giovanni leave in condish...and henna !

Suave Tropical Coconut conditioner -- it's my leave in, moisturizer, cowash, cleansing mix base and base for my ayurveda mixes.

I don't think I can pick just one but if I had to pick the bare minimum, it'd have to be Giovanni 50:50 shampoo, AO GPB conditioner, ACV and my baggy.

I'm assuming water is a given.

@Spongebob What is the name of the product you can't do w/o? Your image link didn't work.

Nonie apologies for the late response. Im a newbie and altho Im here nearly every day, I didnt figure out about 'mentions' untill now. the product is called frizz ease night serum. there was a sale on 2 weeks ago, i bought 12 bottles in 1 go. yes maddness on another level

^^@Spongebob (Newbie huh? Girl it's almost 2 years since you joined. :giggle: )

Anyway, yes, that's madness on another level.

Anyway tell me more. Why NIGHT? What does it do while you sleep? (I love Frizz Ease for when I straighten my hair. Just never seen this Night one before.)

Nonie

What?! :perplexed i've barely been here a month? or maybe a few days more :ohwell: That's wrong

OMG, in terms of this product, it transforms my hair. It is the only product that has an ironing effect on my hair, as in it makes my hair feel as if I've straightened it with heat. And ppl also think I've used heat. But I haven't. I dont pay attention to the night bit, because the product will have its effect regardless of the time you apply it. Night is just convenient because its a long time, and you dont have to wait for the result (ur sleeping!).

Although I have bought 12 bottles in 1 go, the packaging clearly states only to apply it 2-3 times a month.

This makes me think! Why? What is going to happen if I apply it more than that? I haven't read the ingredients because I'm not that far on in terms of hair knowledge. But I will try and use it maximum 3 times a month.

white ppl hate this product. i dont blame them, their hair is thin and soft, why would they want to put on something that makes it even softer and thinner?

The reason I love this product is it makes my hair more manageble (soft), and it gives an amazing feel to it. I have it on Now, I can post a pic if u want to show u what it makes hair look like. it makes it look soft and straightened. without bringing heat anywhere near to it.
