Inspired by a thread I saw Yesterday, I did some cutting.
Now it is nowhere close to WL to APL

But I snipped a bit..

Here is what the sides were looking .. raggedy

I think it looks very good, and it doesn't look like you lost much length at all. But I am in the healthy ends camp.
 
I'm loving the blunt ends! It looks great. Between you and Ediese, I'm ready to grab a pair of scissors. How did you cut it straight across in the back by yourself?
 
Looks great! I also don't have a problem cutting my hair. It's worth it in the long run!

Thanks everybody, I have not been taking care of my hair to well in the past, well, probably the last year honestly. Glad there isnt that much damage

Your hair looks lovely; u didn't loose much length at all! I wish I was this skilled with the scissors ;)

With the technique I used, I think anyone can do it .
Its easy and hard to mess up, lol

So you got the bug too, huh? Lol

Your ends look great! I too just went through my entire head last night and took a bit off of each strand. All these trimming/setback/see through ends threads had me paranoid lol.

How often do you trim?
 
Woooow. That blunt cut is FLAWLESS. I am so tempted but I am not ready to give up my length yet.

Both of you are hereby :ban: from any and all threads involving trimming, cutting, or big-chopping!
 
I did the same thing Saturday. I flat ironed my hair and cut my ends using the ponytail method. My ends look good now and I have been wearing me hair down for the last three days. Your hair looks good; nothing better then healthy looking ends.
 
Looks good!

Aint nothing like a good trim. A lot of folks round here like to hold on to scraggily ends for the sake of a length shot, etc.

Cut that mess off and make it healthy.
