Ladies,

Creme of Nature posted on FB.

"We found a host of photos of our old product on the Internet. Many of you are nostalgic...several of you still holding onto the past. We understand...and we have heard you. Stay plugged in for a BIG announcement."

Is anyone else excited? Oh btw they're giving away a basket of their ENTIRE LINE (and that includes the Aragn Oil line too) but you have to like their page.

Wow! You think they would really do that? The formula, not the durn packaging.

What company has ever listened to their customers and followed through with that?

They need to go back to the ORIGINAL formula. That new stuff is NOT the bizness. I think somone posted in a thread that the original formula is still sold in Jamaica. I love their argan olil products. It would great if the make a shampoo for it. Like adding some argan oil to the original. ;) I'm going to post this on their FB page.

Yeah I'm sure they "heard" their sales plummet to hell and decided to bring back that ole good thing to the benefit of all parties involved. They get customers back and we get that shampoo with the angel tears in it back.:yep:

I'm wondering if starting the new line while discontinuing the old hurt their profit a little. Everyone I knew (that realized) ran out and loaded up on the old formulas. It would be fantastic if they brought it back without changing the original formulation.

If they brought back the old formula I would go buy a case of the really large bottles just in case they changed it again. Yes, I am hardcore!!!!!!

I'm gonna blow a gasket...
Best "almost" news I've heard in a long time!

Off to Google...

I commented on their Facebook and asked them to bring back the old formula and that it was magical, and they said this back to me:

Elle...take heart...we're dropping hints all this month about news that's coming your way that will turn that frown upsidedown!

*Crosses fingers*

I really hope they bring the Ultra Moisturizing (green and white) shampoo back. I have never found a shampoo that could even match it!

Hummmm..... I really hope they means they'll bring back the old formulas. That response is vague.

I am thinking that they may bring the old base formula back but add something "natural" to it...this is on their page now -

We've hinted to several of you one-to-one that something is coming. We can't quite reveal it yet but we're taking you back to the old school with a new twist! Stay plugged in for more information.

Yes, I am stalking Creme of Nature.

Oh man!!!!! If the vintage formula comes back I will go back to using commercial poos again. I left the shampoo realm once they changed it.

Now if only Infusium would follow suit :look:

Ok, I haven't tried to old formula, so I had nothing to compare to the new one. What made the old formula so great @EllePixie??

Of course I'm not Elle, but IMHO everything about it was great...sulfate free and very, very moisturizing for such an economical price. I fell in love the minute I used it. I have 1 and 1/2 bottles left of the ultra moisturizing formula that I pray hold me over until hopefully it comes back.

I'll buy it just cause y'all love it so much and a lot of folks round these parts don't use shapmpoo.

Good. So these companies do read boards, blogs n view fotkis. Now if only they'd listen.

i just used the old formula i put it on the "back burner", it been there for like 3 years:grin:(when i was relaxed straight) I only have half a bottle, im using it like it is liquid gold!

..i forgot how good this stuff was:nono:

I still have a bottle of the old forumula and it only has like a cap-full of shampoo left...and no, I am not throwing it away until it's REALLY all gone! =P Insanity is a mess...

I consult for a few product lines. This company has suffered tremendous loss since changing the original formula. It has been all the buzz from a lot of industry insiders. It is often referenced as the biggest mistake a company could ever make. There would be no surprise if the original formula (which was almost 100 years old) would make a come back. They really need the revenue.

i have one bottle left and have started to dilute it to stretch it out. even diluted the stuff is moisturizing. after washing out my henna gloss i didn't need to DC. i hope they bring it back.

My heart just skipped a beat! That used to be my stuff. I used when I was relaxed and as a natural. I have NEVER found another poo that detangled my hair in the process.

<<several of you still holding onto the past. We understand...and we have heard you.>>

What do they mean by the old bottle? I'd want the old ingredients. Plus, it's kinda insulting because people buy products that work for them. They don't want you to change them for a "prettier" orange bottle. Funny, the most expensive cosmetic products don't change their formulas...they just come up with a new one but the staples are the same.

I KNOW! That shampoo was so good that conditioner wasn't even necessary. I loved it. I didn't stock up at all.... I just got one because I was going back in three days. When I got there, everything was gone. :nono:
