I, filthyfresh, finally did the BIG CHOP!

I've been relaxed since I was 5 years old. I had no clue what my natural hair looked like before now. Monday (Feb. 8th) was my birthday, I turned 24. Ever since then I felt like I needed to give myself a gift. I needed a change. I've been transitioning since May 2009. The past few days I've been reading up on big chops and natural hair to the point where I'd become obsessed. So I finally decided to just go ahead and do it. I feel so liberated. I was nervous in the beginning but now I'm feeling good. I think it shows off my features more. I'll say I'm 4A. So here's the next phase of my life as a natural.

Oh yeah, shrinkage is a ****!
